Vincenza Matina is a professional with experience in customer service and content review. Currently serving as a Junior Customer Service Representative at Goodgame Studios since May 2022, Vincenza previously worked as a content reviewer for Google through Tech Firefly from June 2021 to November 2021, focusing on product management and search ads. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Care Representative at Sitel, where assistance was provided to Italian customers in the Iberian region. Vincenza holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano and a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Languages and Civilizations from Sapienza Università di Roma.
