Maoquan Zhou is an experienced research scientist currently employed at Scientific Protein Laboratories, LLC since January 2020, where responsibilities include pharmaceutical product characterization and assay development for both internal and client projects, along with providing technical support to various departments. Prior to this role, Maoquan Zhou served as a Senior Development Scientist at PPD from November 2013 to December 2019, where complex laboratory analysis of pharmaceuticals was conducted, involving the use and troubleshooting of analytical instrumentation while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and cGMPs. Earlier positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison included Associate Research Scientist and Senior Scientist, focusing on the characterization of pharmaceutical compounds through advanced sample preparation and analysis techniques. Maoquan Zhou holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from West Virginia University and completed postdoctoral studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
