Frauke Hein is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SCIENION since June 2022, Hein also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at the InfectoGnostics Research Campus Jena and as a Jury Member for the Innovationspreis Berlin Brandenburg. With a history of leadership roles, including Chief Business Officer and cofounder at Adrenomed AG and Director of Portfolio Management at Deutsche Biotech Innovativ AG, Hein has a strong track record in strategic business development, R&D coordination, and managing innovative projects in life sciences. Educational achievements include a PhD in Biotechnology and Biochemistry of Plants and a Diploma in Biology, both from the University of Münster.
