Victor Galitski is a Professor at the University of Maryland, where research has been a primary focus since September 2005. In addition to academic duties, Victor serves on the Board of Directors for ScienceCast, Inc. and is a Partner at Aspen Quantum Consulting, both roles established in 2022 and 2020, respectively. Furthermore, Victor has held the position of Editor for the Annals of Physics at Elsevier since June 2017. Victor earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical Physics from the University of Minnesota, completing the degree between 1999 and 2002.
