David McBride serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI) since 2012, where responsibilities include managing the STARSS-III program, overseeing compliance with subcontracts for NASA, and leading various projects with substantial funding. Previously, David held leadership roles within the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and acquired extensive experience in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1984 to 2012, culminating in senior positions related to search and rescue policy and operations. Educational credentials include a Management degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a professional certificate in Project Management from Old Dominion University.
