Janet Raloff is an experienced editor with a long-standing association with the Society for Science, where contributions include roles as Editor for both Science News Explores and its predecessor, Science News for Students, since September 2004. Raloff also served as Senior Editor at Science News Magazine since 1977 and held the position of Sr. Editor at Science News. Additionally, Raloff was a founding board member and member of the Society of Environmental Journalists from 1989 to 2016. Raloff earned a degree from Northwestern University between 1970 and 1975.
