John Morgan boasts extensive leadership experience across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive of NIWA since April 2007 and as Director for Exocet Management Ltd. Morgan holds the position of Director and Chair at the Responsible Care Council of New Zealand and has been Director and Chairman of Science New Zealand since April 2007. Additional roles include directorships at The Blues, New Zealand Qualifications Authority, and North Harbour Rugby, where Morgan also served as Chairman of the Board. Prior to these roles, Morgan was Chief Executive at AsureQuality from 1999 to 2006 and Chairman of the Board at Clearlite/Athena Bathrooms. Morgan's educational background includes studies at INSEAD University in France, Macquarie University in Sydney, and Singularity University in the USA.
