Danielle Durant Lapsley has been working in the professional world since 2004. Danielle began their career as an Associate & Key Holder at Old Navy. In 2009, they took on a Social Media Intern role at TOMS, followed by an Assistant for Legislative and Political Organization role at the Oklahoma Education Association. In 2012, they were an Assistant Manager at MetroShoe Warehouse and in 2013 they were an Office Manager at Echelawn Complete Lawn & Landscape. Danielle then worked as an Office Assistant at Dust Bowl Lanes & Lounge from 2014 to 2016 and is currently a Special Event Coordinator for the City of Oklahoma City since 2016. Most recently, they were hired as the Guest Relations Manager at Science Museum Oklahoma in 2021.
Danielle Durant Lapsley obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Public Service from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City between 2015 and 2017. Danielle also obtained a Certificate in Non-Profit Management and a Certificate in Public Service from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City during this same time period. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business/Commerce, General from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City between 2015 and 2017. In 2017, they obtained a Nonprofit Management certification from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. In 2017, they also obtained a Public Service certification from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. Lastly, in October 2021, they obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification from the American Red Cross.
