Tisha Colangelo is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in customer service and vendor management. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at SCI Group Inc since January 2018, Tisha previously held multiple roles at Rogers Communications from July 1997 to September 2017, including Vendor Manager, Manager of Loyalty and Retention, and Customer Service Team Manager. Earlier in the career, Tisha was a Customer Service Representative at Rogers Communications (Cantel) from July 1995 to July 1997. Tisha has a background in education from Seneca Polytechnic.
