Randi Boward currently serves as a Front Desk Agent at Schweitzer since November 2022, following a role as a Front Desk Attendant at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Randi has extensive experience in customer service, with previous positions at Walmart as a Cashier, Customer Service Associate, and Health Ambassador, as well as in various roles at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center and multiple hotels including Housekeeper and Environmental Services. Randi is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis on Family History from BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
