Laura van Hamburg is an experienced professional in sustainability and food transition, currently serving as an Adviseur Voedseltransitie at Schuttelaar & Partners since June 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions including Sales & Sustainability at a sense of Place and Project Manager at Cheflix. Laura has a strong background in sustainability management from Fish Tales, where the role of Sustainability Manager was held from 2017 to 2021, alongside serving as Secretary on the board of Fish Tales Foundation. Earlier experience includes governance and research roles at MDPI Foundation and Mars, as well as customer service and communications internships. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in International Development Studies with a focus on Environmental Policy from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science from both Københavns Universitet and Wageningen University & Research.
