Jan Richards has extensive experience in customer service and project management within the printing industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Schumann Printers, Inc. since June 2019, Jan also holds the position of ERP Support Specialist at SG360°, a Segerdahl company, where responsibilities include administering the ERP system EFI Technique and providing end-user support. Jan has been a Project Manager at Royle Printing since June 2006 and previously worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Suttle-Straus from 1990 to 2006.
