Maidam Krishnachaitanya has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Maidam is currently employed as the Vice President of Product Management & Global EVSE Business Development at Schumacher Electric Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Product Management & Global EVSE Business Development at the same company from March 2022 to August 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Maidam was the Founder & Director of MyCollegeDreams, Inc., where they played a crucial role in establishing and leading the company.

Maidam served as a Product & Business Development Executive at Liters n Watts, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2022. Their responsibilities involved identifying, developing, and introducing new products targeted at addressing fundamental issues of clean drinking water, electricity, and sanitation in developing nations.

From 2015 to 2016, Maidam worked at SharkNinja as a Senior Manager responsible for new product development and introduction. Maidam played a key role in strategic planning, market research, and developing product line extensions.

Before that, they served as a Business Development Consultant at Liters n Watts, Inc. from May 2013 to November 2015. During this time, Maidam exceeded client expectations by launching new products and achieving significant revenue growth.

From 2008 to 2013, they held the position of General Manager & Managing Director at Skywater India Private Limited.

Maidam began their career as a Senior Project Engineering Manager at Applica Consumer Products (Black+Decker) from September 2001 to May 2008. Maidam managed cross-functional teams and successfully delivered over 100 consumer products.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Komatsu Forklift USA from August 1996 to June 2001, and as a Design Engineer at CLARK Material Handling Company from February 1995 to August 1996.

Maidam Krishnachaitanya completed their education from 1985 to 1989 at Osmania University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
