Caterina Melzi is an experienced professional in the personal care industry with a strong background in management and business development. Currently serving as Area Manager for Schülke & Mayr Italia s.r.l. and schülke Personal Care since July 2019, Caterina focuses on client acquisition and market presence in Italy and Switzerland. Previously, as General Manager at Active Concepts S.r.l. from December 2017 to July 2019, Caterina directed divisional activities and managed a sales and marketing team across Europe. Prior experience includes roles as Country Business Line Manager for Personal Care Industry at DKSH, overseeing promotion and commercialization of raw materials, and as Lab Manager for Beiersdorf, where Caterina led a team in developing NIVEA BEAUTE make-up products.
