Andreas Adam has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andreas is currently working as the CIO / Bereichsleiter IT at SCHUFA Holding AG since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Technology at SSW-Trading GmbH from May 2019 to April 2021. Andreas was also the Head of Development & Digitalization at SSW-Trading GmbH from an unknown start date to May 2019.

Before joining SSW-Trading GmbH, Andreas had a long tenure at Dräger, where they held multiple leadership roles. Andreas served as the Head of Application Software Ventilation, overseeing agile leadership and management of the global section focused on hospital product software. Andreas was responsible for building and coordinating national and international R&D cooperations from an unknown start date to 2016. Additionally, they were the R&D Section Manager for User Interface Product Design & Software, with global responsibilities for product UI innovations and development, as well as coordinating R&D cooperations from an unknown start date to 2015.

Prior to Dräger, Andreas worked as a Senior Project Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH from 2008 to 2010. Andreas also held roles at Advanced Driver Information Technology, including Senior Project Manager from an unknown start date to 2008 and Development Engineer from 2004 to 2005.

Andreas Adam completed their education at various institutions. In 1998, they enrolled at Leibniz Universität Hannover and pursued a degree in Geoinformatik. Andreas successfully graduated in 2004 with a Dipl.-Ing. degree. During their time at Leibniz Universität Hannover, they also studied abroad at the University of New Brunswick in 2001 and 2002, focusing on Geomatics.

Following this, in 2009, Andreas attended Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg to pursue an MBA, completing their studies in 2010. Andreas further enhanced their knowledge in 2014 by attending Staufen AG and becoming a LEAN Expert.
