Asia graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance, Real Estate, and Law. During and after attending college, Asia worked with various companies in management, finance and accounting. In 1998, she joined Schroeder Management Company, Inc. in its accounting department, and was promoted to Regional Manager and Vice President. Asia earned the Certified Property Manager ® (CPM ®) designation from the Institute of Real Management (IREM ®) in 2015, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors ®, and she is in the process of obtaining her Real Estate Broker License.
