Rhydian Griffiths has extensive experience in the financial planning and wealth management industry. Rhydian has worked at Schroders Personal Wealth since 2019, initially as a Wealth Planner and later as a Financial Planning Director. Prior to that, they were employed at Bank of Scotland Private Banking, where they held the roles of Wealth Planner and Private Banking & Advice Manager from 2016 to 2019. Before joining Bank of Scotland, Rhydian worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Private Banking & Advice Manager from 2012 to 2016. Rhydian began their career at HSBC in 2007, starting as a Financial Planning Manager and later becoming a Commercial Financial Planning Adviser.

Rhydian Griffiths obtained a Master's degree in Music History, Literature, and Theory from the University of Oxford from 2002 to 2005.
