Luis F. Mendez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate investment. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Schroders Capital since August 2022, Mendez oversees financial operations for a firm managing over $88 billion in assets across various investment strategies. Previous roles include Fund Management Analyst at LaSalle Investment Management, where support was provided for specialized real estate funds, and Investment Consultant at TERRA Capital & Consulting, focusing on real estate opportunities and financial analysis. Mendez has also held positions as Financial Analyst with The Altman Companies and Real Estate Development Analyst at Riviera Point Corporate Center.
