Jessica Berney is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as Investment Director at Schroders Capital since September 2023. With a long tenure at Schroders since May 2012, Jessica has held various roles including Deputy Fund Manager for the Schroder UK Real Estate Fund and Head of UK Retail, demonstrating extensive expertise in fund management and retail sector asset management. Prior to Schroders, Jessica was Director of Fund Management at Invista Real Estate from June 2005 to January 2012, where responsibilities included client management and fund strategy. Jessica's educational background includes a forthcoming course in Sustainable Real Estate from the University of Cambridge, along with degrees in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School and Geography from the University of Leeds.
