Jeremy Marsh is a seasoned professional in real estate performance and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate Performance & Analytics at Schroders Capital since May 2023. With prior experience as an Analyst at Schroders from January 2015 to September 2023, Jeremy contributed to the private markets investment division's strategic approach. Jeremy's earlier roles include Group Research Manager at Land Securities, Senior Property Analyst at Alecta, and Director of Real Estate and Strategy at Invista Real Estate. Jeremy's career began as a Research Manager at IPD and included a position as Senior Researcher at the British Retail Consortium. Jeremy holds an MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and a BSoc Sc in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
