Dana Walsh Ladner is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier PLLC since February 2015, specializing in the defense of claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Jones Act, and the Defense Base Act. Prior to this role, Dana worked as an Associate Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg from February 2012 to February 2015, also focusing on similar claims. Additionally, Dana has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor in South Texas Advocacy - Moot Court at South Texas College of Law from September 2011 to January 2014.
