Zhengyang Lu is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations in China and Site Manager for Kulim at SCHOTT since August 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing production, quality, supply chain management, and technology applications. Prior to this role, Zhengyang held the position of Manager for Technology Transfer, where significant achievements included leading technology transfer to new production plants and establishing quality and operation systems. From September 2007 to July 2015, Zhengyang worked at ASCEM B.V. as Project Manager, Project Leader, and Project Engineer, successfully managing various projects, optimizing production technologies, and facilitating market introduction of new products. Zhengyang holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
