Sara Chaiken is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and property management. Currently serving as Real Estate Manager for both Dollar Tree Stores and Great Clips Inc. since February 2022 and November 2017 respectively, Sara has also held significant roles at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. as Senior Leasing Manager and Next Realty as Director of Leasing. Noteworthy contributions include overseeing leasing operations, conducting site and market analyses, and developing redevelopment strategies. Previous positions at Subway Market Operations, Edgemark LLC, DLC Management Corp, and Heritage Property Investment Trust have further solidified expertise in negotiating retail leases and expanding vital industry relationships. Sara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2003.
