Jennifer Shields-Russell is an experienced education professional with a diverse career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a District Equity Project Manager for Christina School District, Jennifer has successfully led multi-million dollar projects to achieve compliance with federal statutes. As Chief Leadership Consultant at RussInnova, Inc., Jennifer designs metrics for LMS effectiveness and coaches leadership teams. Additionally, as a Contract Trainer for Schoology, remote and onsite professional development is provided for a transformative digital learning program. Jennifer's previous roles include Principal and Supervisor of Instruction and Assessment, where initiatives to improve educational outcomes and promote culturally responsive environments were implemented. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Wilmington University and a Certificate in Urban Reform Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Jennifer is currently retired and living in Latitude Margaritaville after a year of full-time RVing.
