Neil Chesebro is an experienced operations and project manager currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at School Specialty since October 2024 and as a Co-Founder of The River, a social club in Tiffin, OH, since February 2023. Prior roles include Global Procurement Lean Process & Project Manager and Lean Manufacturing & Materials Value Stream Manager at Stoneridge, as well as positions in human resources, warehouse supervision, and training management across various organizations. Neil holds a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University.
