Nicole Sharpe has extensive experience in early childhood education and policy, currently serving as Senior Director at School Readiness Consulting since June 2014, where previous roles included Director, Principal Associate, and Senior Associate. Before this, Nicole held the position of Policy Associate at Ounce of Prevention Fund from February 2012 to June 2014 and worked as a Pre-k Program Monitor at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education from March 2009 to July 2010. Earlier in the career, Nicole was the Statewide Early Childhood Coordinator at Multicultural Community Service and served in various capacities at World Bank Children's Center, including Senior Program Specialist and Preschool Teacher. Educational qualifications include an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Vermont.
