Izzy Wilson has held various roles in the educational and sales sectors. Izzy began their career as a teacher at St. Ignatius School in 1998, followed by a teaching role at Christ the King School in 2000. In 2003, they took on the role of Sophomore Head Basketball Coach at Ursuline Academy of Dallas. Izzy then moved to Immaculate Heart of Mary School in 2005, where they worked as a teacher until 2014. In 2014, they joined School Outfitters as an Inside Sales Representative.

Izzy Wilson attended Spring Hill College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education and Teaching.
