Ed Madan has extensive experience in client management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Client Manager Associate at Guardian Life since June 2005, Ed specializes in educating brokers and business clients on enhancing ancillary benefits and has successfully reduced renewal increases through collaboration with Underwriting. In addition to this role, Ed has been a Site Coordinator at School on Wheels, Inc. since January 2019, facilitating academic support for students at homeless shelters. With a background as Co-Owner and Sales Representative at Willson Hill Antiques, Ed demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and leveraged antique knowledge to sustain the family business. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in operations and client services at Boston Financial Data Services and Federated Investors, Inc. Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Massasoit Community College.
