Kristen Dietz MA, LPC is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in school counseling and therapy. Since August 2019, Kristen has served as a school counselor for The School District of Philadelphia and has been a therapist with Onward Behavioral Health since July 2017, specifically working in the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. Additionally, Kristen has held positions as a clinical therapist at Wordsworth Academy and previously interned as a school counseling intern at Southeast Middle School, where responsibilities included conducting guidance lessons, managing behavior data, and providing crisis counseling. Kristen's earlier roles include a graduate assistantship at Wake Forest University, where support was provided for the CHARGE Emerging Leader Program, as well as experience as a senior coordinator at The Advisory Board Company and a regulatory intern in environmental consulting. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary.
