Stephanie Sullivan currently serves as an Affiliate Graduate Professor at the Institute for Professional Studies in Education at UW-La Crosse, where courses include Learning Community, Educational Research, Best Practice Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, and other key areas in education. Additionally, Stephanie is a Middle School Teacher at the School District of Onalaska since 2018, instructing Middle School Language Arts 8 and has a range of teaching experience including Language Arts and Reading for grades 6-8. Stephanie's contributions to education extend to guest speaking on differentiated instruction, with a notable journal article published on the topic, and prior adjunct instruction at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Educational background includes a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education, both from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
