Eric Wight is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Technician at the School District of Onalaska since April 2016, where responsibilities include providing technical support for students and district employees across various platforms. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcare from March 2012 to April 2016, assisting internal staff with technology-related issues. Eric also has experience as a Team Lead at Security Coverage (March 2010 - May 2012), focusing on employee training and quality assurance, and in Network Operations at Vernon Telephone Cooperative (January 2002 - March 2010), handling installation and repair services for telecommunications.
