Stephen Whiffin currently serves as Assistant Superintendent and CIO at School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) since 2017. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Director of Instruction and CIO within the same organization from 2013 to 2015, and worked as District Principal. Stephen holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technologies from Simon Fraser University (2003-2005), a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education from The University of British Columbia (1997-1998), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Simon Fraser University (1992-1997).
