Carolina Manser currently serves as a Human Capital Management Senior Associate at Schonfeld, having progressed from a Human Resources Associate since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles at WorldQuant as a Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources Intern from January 2017 to January 2021. Earlier, Carolina contributed as a Crew Captain for Love Your Melon, overseeing crew members and managing donation events from September 2015 to June 2017. Additional experience includes a Talent Acquisitions Internship at The RMR Group in summer 2016, and an English Tutor position in Spain. Carolina began the career journey as an Office Assistant at BHR Training Company from 2009 to 2015 and as a Retail Sales Associate at TJ Maxx from 2012 to 2014. Carolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Fairfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
