Lauren Timp is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Scholt Energy since November 2019. In this role, Lauren is responsible for the HR policy across multiple countries, long-term strategy development, strategic workforce planning, and serves as a key point of contact for management. Previously, Lauren held the position of HR Business Partner at Scholt Energy, focusing on process improvements within the HR team and project management for HR and IT initiatives.
