Evelien Leurs has extensive experience in the field of Facility Management, currently serving as Directeur bedrijfsvoering at Scholengroep Carmel Hengelo since June 2021. Prior to this role, Evelien worked at Saxion from August 2007 to June 2021, progressing through positions including Projectleider organisatie Saxion Parttime School, Course Manager for part-time bachelor's programs in Facility Management, Hotel Management, and Tourism & Leisure Management, as well as Senior Lecturer in Facility Management. Evelien's career began at Universiteit Twente, where a role as Hoofd Contractering Facilities and deputy director of the Facilitair Bedrijf was held from 2000 to 2007. Educated at the University of Greenwich with a Master's degree in European Master of Facility Management, Evelien also holds a Post HBO in Facility Management from IFMEC and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hanze.
