Cynthia Caggiano is an experienced professional in the real estate and legal fields, currently serving as the Senior Retail Lease Administrator/Paralegal at Schnitzer Properties since January 2020. Prior to this role, Caggiano held the position of Senior Manager at Charter School Capital, Inc. from September 2014 to January 2020. Caggiano began a career in paralegal work at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as a Real Estate Paralegal and Assistant Director of Operations from 1997 to 2007, followed by a role as a Real Estate and Renewable Energy Paralegal/Extranet Administrator at Stoel Rives LLP from 2007 to 2014.
