Zac Prosek currently serves as the Beverage Manager at Gila River Resorts & Casinos since July 2023 and previously held the position of Assistant Beverage Manager. Other roles include Exterminator at Anderson Pest Solutions since September 2020, Taproom Manager at ShortFuse Brewery from September 2019 to September 2020, and District Manager at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. for a brief period in late 2018. Zac Prosek also has experience as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Bar Louie, Assistant Manager at Granite City Food & Brewery, and lead event operator for the St. Baldrick's Foundation, where significant fundraising was accomplished for childhood cancer. Coaching at Top Flight Volleyball Club LLC and serving as Lead Server Trainer at Kinfork further reflect Zac Prosek's diverse skill set within the hospitality and service industry. Zac Prosek pursued studies in Computer Science at Lakeland University and graduated from Willowbrook High School in 2013.
