Shane Achterberg has extensive experience in IT leadership and innovation, currently serving as the Director of IT Innovation, Automation, and Architecture at Schneider, where expertise in Artificial Intelligence and automation significantly enhances customer and associate experiences. Prior roles at GE included Senior Program Manager for End User Support Services, driving improvements for over 300,000 employees, and leading initiatives at GE Healthcare that focused on client technology challenges and service delivery for more than 50,000 users. Shane's career began with a strong foundation in project management and business analysis during the Information Management Leadership Program at GE and advanced through various roles, including leading recruitment efforts for the IT Leadership Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the Wisconsin School of Business.
