Erin Koehne has over 23 years of work experience, starting with their role as an Active Duty Military Officer in the US Army from 1999 to 2006. Erin then joined Schneider in 2007, where they held various positions such as Senior Business Manager, Senior Customer Service Manager, and Sales Enablement Manager. In these roles, they led teams, implemented initiatives, and generated significant revenue growth. In 2015, Erin returned to the US Army as a Career Management Officer, where they recruited and educated Army Reserve Officers. Erin later became an Analysis Control Element (ACE) Chief, providing critical analysis against terrorist operations in Africa. Erin then returned to Schneider in 2016 as a Recruiting Operations Manager and is currently serving as a Regional Sales Director. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive process improvements, and the capacity to manage large teams.
Erin Koehne's education history includes attending the New Mexico Military Institute from 1994 to 1996. Later, from 1996 to 1999, Erin attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Erin also attended the Military Captain's Career Course in 2001 and the Combined Arms and Services Staff College in the same year. Most recently, Erin attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2018 to 2019.
