Doug Helton has over three decades of experience in various leadership and management roles, currently serving as a Senior Service Team Leader/Driver Business Leader at Schneider National since July 1989, where responsibilities include managing and supporting over 250 associates and providing IT and telephony support. Prior experience includes working at Southwestern Bell Telephone Co in sales and collections from April 1979 to November 1988, and serving as an Assistant Manager at JC Penney from January 1975 to May 1979, focusing on the electronics department and conflict resolution. Doug Helton holds a degree in Continuing Education emphasizing Operations Management and Supervision from Oklahoma City University and a high school diploma from Putnam City High School.
