Sam Youssif has extensive experience in customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience Operations at Schneider Electric since October 2016. Youssif has held multiple leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including Global Head of Customer Journey Digitisation and Global Digital Customer Relationship Director. Prior to this, Youssif was Manager of Customer Operations & Innovation at Qantas and worked as an Independent Business Owner and Principal Consultant at XLent. Additional experience includes operations and technology management roles at CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited, Peakbound Holdings Pty, SEMA Operations, ACE Group, Unwired Australia, and iiNet, focusing on improving customer service and operational effectiveness throughout a diverse career.
