Plinio Sanchez has extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors, holding various engineering and management positions across multiple companies. At Schneider Electric, Plinio held the roles of Plant Manager, North America Operations Quality Manager for the MTO/MTS Cluster, and Plant Quality Manager. Prior to that, Plinio worked at Medtronic (Covidien) as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Plinio's earlier career included positions as a Process and Product Engineer at Avery Dennison, a Process and Design Engineer at Two-F Glass Armor, and a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Pemex Fertilizers (Fertinal Group).
