Mounia Bouba serves as the Head of FP&A for Central & Eastern Europe at Alstom since April 2019, overseeing financial planning and analysis across approximately 15 countries while reporting to the CEE Finance Director. Mounia is a member of the Executive Committee for the Signaling division and has been integral in preparing the region's 3-year plan and budget, presenting performance reports, and acting as a business partner to enhance overall business performance. Previous roles include Finance Tender Manager and Group Internal Auditor at Alstom, a Project Manager for Finance & Group Accounting Standards at L'Oréal, and a Manager in Financial Audit at Ernst & Young. Mounia is also a lecturer at EDHEC Business School, teaching finance and supervising Master's theses, and holds a French CPA credential. Academic background includes an education at EDHEC Business School.
