Manish Pant is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy management and automation sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of International Operations and Zone President for East Asia & Japan at Schneider Electric since 2014. Prior roles include CEO of Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, where Manish led the transformation of a USD 400M subsidiary focused on power backup solutions in India, and various strategic leadership positions within Schneider Electric in India, Thailand, Myanmar, and China, demonstrating expertise in market strategy, acquisitions, and operational management. Manish holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and has participated in advanced leadership programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
