Jean Pelletier serves as the VP of Digital Talent Transformation and Global Talent Acquisition at Schneider Electric since August 2009, focusing on enhancing HR's strategic role through AI and automation-driven solutions. Previous notable positions at Schneider Electric include Vice President of Global Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion, and Vice President of Organizational Development and Talent Management North America, where strategic guidance was provided on global talent needs across significant revenue-generating divisions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GTECH Corporation, where Jean served as Head of Human Resources and VP of HR Systems and Services, and earlier as Senior Director of Learning Services. Educational qualifications include a Transforming Schneider Leadership program at INSEAD, a Master’s in Instructional Technology from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
