Binu Philip is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Since September 2015, Binu has served as Zone Vice President - Human Resources (CHRO) for Greater India at Schneider Electric, overseeing HR for various divisions and territories, including Secure Power and leading M&A activities. Prior to Schneider Electric, Binu held the position of Director - Human Resources at Microsoft, managing HR for Global Technology Service and leading the integration of the Nokia acquisition. Binu’s career began at Harrisons Malayalam Ltd as Manager - HRD and included a significant role as Head - Corporate HR at Idea Cellular Ltd, where Binu was instrumental in driving HR strategy and organizational growth. Binu holds an Executive Education degree in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD.
