Marko Kostic has a diverse work history, starting with their current role as a Project Engineer at Schneider Electric Hub. Prior to that, they were a Member at Mensa Srbije. From 2020 to 2022, Marko worked as a Project Engineer at Michelin, where they managed investments and conducted analysis for customer needs and requirements. Marko also held a research position at Mihajlo Pupin Institute from 2019 to 2020, focusing on energy management systems and collaborating on a Horizon 2020 project. In 2015, Marko served as an Event Coorganizer for the Board of European Students of Technology, and as an Educator at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Nis in 2016. In 2009, they volunteered at Pokret gorana Srbije.

Marko Kostic began their education in 2013 at the University of Niš, where they completed their bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study in 2017. In the same year, they also obtained the GRE General Test certification from ETS and the IELTS certification from the British Council.
