Bora Todorovic has extensive work experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Bora started their career in 2004 as a Saradnik u nastavi at Fakultet za menadžment F@M, where they lectured on subjects such as Project Management, Organization of an Enterprise, Knowledge Management, Managing Informational Systems, and E-business. Bora worked in this role until 2012.

Afterward, they joined the College of Professional Studies in Management and Business Communication as a Lecturer from 2012 to 2018. In this position, they taught courses in Business Information Systems, Multimedia Information Systems, and Informatics.

In 2018, Bora Todorovic had two additional work experiences. Bora worked as an ISO Consultant at the Global Standards Consortium. Later in the year, they joined Schneider Electric DMS NS as a Business Process Analyst. The specific timelines for these roles were not provided.

Bora Todorovic obtained a Master of Science in Management from the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad in 2009. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in IT Management from the same institution in 2005. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Production Engineering from the College of Technology in Novi Sad. In terms of additional certifications, Bora obtained a certification in the elaboration of project ideas, project applications, and development of project budgets for EU Projects from the Center for Entrepreneurship in Osijek, Croatia in January 2015. Bora also obtained a professional exam certification for safety and health at work from the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Policy. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in project management- the easiest way UPN3 from CPM Belgrade in 2010, and another certification as a consultant for quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) from Qexpert CONSULTING in Belgrade in 2009. Additionally, Bora holds certifications as an ECDL Authorized Tester from JISA – Union of ICT Societies in 2008 and as a Microsoft Certificate 873 Project 2003.
