Skylar Earley has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Patient Financial Services and Lean Six Sigma at Schneck Medical Center since January 2016. Skylar has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Patient Access, Communications, and Lean Six Sigma, and Lean Project Coordinator. Prior to joining Schneck Medical Center, Skylar worked at Amazon from June 2011 to January 2016, progressing from Area Manager to Operations Manager. Skylar holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation and Operations Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
