Robert West worked as the VP of Finance for Florida & USVI at Schmidt Family Of Companies starting from March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Broker/Manager at Coldwell Banker Premier Properties from January 2007 to August 2023.

Robert West attended Flagler College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting at the University of Phoenix.
